Somehow for some reason people tend to love this saying so much they framed it! I tend to greatly disagree, while it is appropriate to have someone to count on, it is also important not to abuse this friendship by randomly, belligerently calling people at ridiculous hours. Hopefully some people will take heed, for after all should you not be in bed at 4 a.m.?
