Strong as an oak....

...but gentle as a deer. I admit I have been relatively blog-less, for lack of a better term, I have been busy thinking, planning, rethinking and replanning my annual dinner, but more about that later. I was browsing the net all the whilst keeping my eye on design and I came across this lovely deer! It is a jewelry tree so to speak. You can hang necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc from its tiny antlers. The idea is to display your jewelry and make it more accessible and artfully display it. Needless to say, you guessed it....my tree needs some serious pruning! I have a great jewelry stand from Sundance and have loaded it to the gills with bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, check it out below. You can see the great feather bangle and my smile cuff (A smile is a curved line that sets things straight) It began as the perfect controlled display but immediately spun out of control...oh well...the more the merrier!
