This is the story of a hurricane....

...not the Bob Dylan song that references Rubin Carter, nor the tropical disturbance...but a wonderful glass creation by Williams Sonoma. These are best displayed in pairs (or more) and can be filled with glowing candles so as to prevent them from withering away in a breeze in the open air and the glass casts a wonderful reflecting glow. A seasonal arrangement of alabaster eggs would be perfect, or whatever strikes your fancy. Now that gives me an idea for my apothecary jars! Thanks for the tip, Mom!
