Cookie Monster...

Easter treats! If you'd like to make your own just follow the recipe or use a favorite sugar cookie recipe.THE COOKIE
Cream together:
1 cup margarine (2 sticks)
2/3 cup sugar

Beat in 1 egg1 tsp vanilla

Add:2 1/2 cups flour Mix until blended Chill dough--3-4 hours in refrigerator or 15-30 minutes in freezer.

Roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet (line cookie sheet w/foil first).

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. May be sprinkled with sugar before baking
