It ain't Valentine's Day....

......but that doesn't mean you can't think about the holiday! As most of you are aware, a good holiday is all it takes to start my baking and crafting. I found this cute candy-inspired idea and could not resist sharing. The end result is candy heart cookies. The recipe begins with a basic shortbread recipe, you then divide the dough into different bowls and color each batch to resemble a candy heart color.Then cut the dough with a heart-shaped cutter.Place onto a pan and bake.

The real wow comes from stenciling and decorating spray. I have never worked with the spray, but for this specific project it seems like the perfect solution.Ok, thanks, bye! What a cute candy copycat.
