.......More like "cloched in." I am the proud owner of a vintage cloche. What is a cloche you may ask? Well let me tell you, first it is pronounced \ˈklōsh\ and is from the French word clocca meaning bell, in other words a bell jar. A cloche is often used as a plant cover for protection from the cold and some women's hats were cloche-shaped.I was in a quandary as to what to display beneath the glass dome until I found these photos......what would be better than antlers? How fantastic are these? A meticulous yet loosely woven grouping of taxidermy. Although I think my cloche is too small for these, but a girl can dream, can't she?
Darn antlers, they get me every time!
