Pigging Out......

There is an old saying in the South that one can judge a BBQ joint by the type of pig on the sign.....the more human-like the pig the less tasty the BBQ. Maybe this stems from the concept of having to cover up a bad thing meaning the less appealing something is the more it has to be marketed and conveniently old stand-by BBQ joints probably have not changed their sign in 30 years. There is something to be said for tried and true verses new. Now I am one to test theories, but I sadly don't like BBQ so you'll have to tell me what you think.
