So long, farewell....

So sad....this little device became a part of me over the past 4 days and I did not want to take it out. I really can't describe it...but the thing was pretty cool and I can't wait to see the graphical results. Yes, I grew to love it and would wear another....

Here is the little devil. Notice the wire that was inserted into my body. Fed exing it back. Sad!You can see the wire closely in this shot. And measuring my toy with a ruler...Little devil....In the bathroom...photographing my prize and sad it is gone.Tiny battle wound. The tape is removed....Hanging on by a thread....Last day.Underside of the shell.

Good night and good luck....

...the lion ipro sleeps tonight.Last workday with the ipro. Removal commences at 11:30.The ipro en route to work. Buckled up and waiting at the traffic light.

Ready, set, action...

The ipro in action....third trip to the gym....and look at it go.

One, two buckle my shoe...

Second full day at work with my "pro" and it's getting better already. I started as the girl who hated the ipro and now it's a par of me--literally!

First full day....

My first full day at work with the ipro--accessorized nicely with white pants. The device is taped down with IV3000 tape. After working out, the ipro and I were hungry and took a trip to the supermarket.

Oh brother where art thou?

.....Well if you all have been paying attention my blogging has taken a hiatus over the past week. One word-->ipro. Trust me, an ipod would have been preferred. Just because you stick an "i" in front of a word does not make it cool. An ipro is a tiny {relatively small} device that is inserted under the skin over a 72 hour period to continuously monitor glucose levels. Just so you know, anything under your skin {for example, a one inch wire} makes sudden movements and positions a little uncomfortable. There was difficulty getting comfy on my couch, sleeping on my left side, and coordinating my wardrobe around the "shell." So without further adieu ladies and gentlemen, I give you "The Chronicles of Ipro."

First moments with the ipro.Ipro's first trip to exercise.
...I'm beginning to feel like a prego lady taking belly shots...but I want to document every moment with the ipro.
